Prairie worked with PBEM Holdings on the redevelopment of their property at 328-336 William. To enhance the block of buildings and compliment the Canadian Footwear property, a facade upgrade and interior renovation was carried out for both buildings. Prairie was responsible for the base building work which involved the demolition of the interior space, removing various renovation iterations that had taken place over the years, including the removal of a second floor apartment. This exposed the original steel structure and roof decking, to create a large open space for the new tenant, Little Brown Jug. Exterior improvements included a new metal roof and insulation upgrades, a facade redevelopment including masonry repointing, painting. Originally the livery stables for City Hall the building was taken back to its original bones, and opened up to the street by exposing and renewing the storefront windows. The interior of the Little Brown Jug tenant space was designed by Design Shop Interior Design + Branding.
