M Builds relocated from their head office on Corydon Ave. to their construction yard at 35 Trottier Bay which prior to the addition and renovation consisted of two steel warehouse buildings.
The smaller building was demolished and the larger 7,200 S.F. building was renovated.
The new offices and boardroom are located in a new one storey, 9,200 S.F addition that wraps the west and south elevations of the larger warehouse building.
Site work includes 14,650 S.F of asphalt paving, landscape and construction of fencing along the east and south site boundary.
